It was so easy to make the style and color choices thanks to your expertise as I’m sure you know it’s not always easy for the Customers to decide.
Also, Chris was fantastic. I placed the order with you and he was here in 48 hours to measure. He was on time and was in and out in less then 15 minutes. Then when you called to tell me the shades were in and I was going to be charged the final amount and Chris would call to schedule he called me within 24 hours and was here the next day. It took him no time to install and showed me how to use the key if the shades get off balance and he was on his way. He worked around my very busy schedule and was SO efficient.
What better service can I ask for! Thank you both for your efforts to help me. I truly appreciate the first class service treatment!

We have been a patron of Fabricland for over 30 years and have always been happy with our purchases and the wonderful service that you always provide. Since we purchased a home in July 2020, we knew that your showroom was our destination for new window treatments. The shades were installed on August 4th. It was quick – Chris was in & out in 20 minutes! We love them – so easy to use & I don’t miss having a shade & then a room darkener shade. Light still comes through on the side, but as you told me, I would have to get black out curtains to truly make the room darker. Due to radiators being right below the windows, we won’t do that. Just wanted to let you know that you guys did a great job. I had Home Depot, Loews and 3 Day Blinds out to my house – but you guys are in a league by yourself. Your decorator Paul is a consummate professional. He did not push, offered suggestion, explained everything and was conscious of staying within my budget. Your installer Scott was unbelievable. Had 10 windows done in less than an hour. Cleaned up and explained everything. Your team is head & shoulders above the competition.

Hi, Just reaching out to let you know we really like the blinds in our hallway and our son loves his blinds- thank you! We are enjoying the motorized feature of the hallway blinds and it makes us curious about the possibility of adding motors to our fabric roman blinds which I believe have not yet been made. Would it be possible to motorize those and could they be linked to the same controller we have for the hallway blinds? I wouldn’t want multiple controllers.
