Our repair fees are based on several factors including whether you purchased the shade from us or if you can bring the shade to us for repair. If you purchased the shade from us in the past seven years (five years for motorized shades) and you bring to one of our showrooms, there is no charge at all for the repair. For more information, we recommend you call the showroom nearest you – see our locations and phone numbers at the bottom of this page.
For motorized shade repairs or programming issues, you can call us (make sure you change your batteries first – in both the shades and the remote – or call us if you don’t know how). But especially for programming questions, if it is a Hunter Douglas shade, we recommend calling the Hunter Douglas Powerview Consumer Support line at 844-PWR-VIEW or 844-797-8439.
