We were recommended to you and Janet Webster by our good friend. …Our initial purchase with Metropolitan Windows was for 7 custom solar shades and 2 custom wood Venetian blinds. You can certainly say we are satisfied customers. I'd rate Janet as outstanding — 1/excellent on all counts. She's smart, engaging and has excellent taste and product knowledge. We will soon be contacting her to do our next project which will include both custom drapes plus upholstery and reupholstery. Your installer, Pablo, was professional, prompt, neat and did a perfect job. The shades and blinds look fabulous!! I am very happy with all of my selections. The shade in the guest bedroom is beyond perfect, the 3 panel shade in the foyer is amazing and the shade in my bedrooom works beautifully with the colors, etc and blocks the light perfectly. Dear Sandy, I wrote to you a few weeks ago seeking reassurance that Pablo was not a "pick-up" installer of vertical blinds we had ordered. You gave assurance that he was much more than competent. We thought it important that we tell you, and whomever else might be interested to know our opinion, that we were thrilled with Pablo's skill, efficiency, neatness and courtesy. Would [be pleased] that all workers we may have in our home in the future would be so excellent. You may not know that as soon as Pablo left we called a neighbor in the building and had her look at the new blinds. She called your company immediately and Chris has already measured for her order. I want to take a moment to tell you how happy I am with the work and service I received. Denise DiTrani did a great job tracking down material and finding samples. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the workshop. I had been wrestling with what to do about our sofa for a very long time and carefully studied how the cushion covers were made. The new ones are EXACTLY the same. The workmanship is excellent and the pattern matches exact. In today's world it is difficult to find such a good work ethic and attention to detail. I write to you to complement one of your employees, Denise Ditrani. She came over on December 15th to help with advice regarding a window treatment for our living room. She was knowledgeable, competent, listened carefully to what I wanted, and produced samples that fit the bill exactly. She has a wonderful way of "suggesting" an alternative plan or color, which in my case, tuned out to be the much better choice, and became the one I ordered.
